The most basic technique of meditation is, closing the eyes and counting self breaths. All one have to do is to normally breathe in and breathe out and pay attention to the sensation of the breath coming in. People have to feel the air coming in and going out of their nostrils. When people will follow this breathe in and breathe out rhythm for some time, they will notice that their focus on counting their breaths is increasing and their contact with the outside world is gradually reducing. Another common easy and traditional meditation technique is the use of some certain mantra. The word OM in traditional Hindu culture was considered magical for mental healing powers. The skill of this practice lies in not just speaking it but chanting it from the bottom of the heart. However the mantra can be any, all one have to do is to chant it again and again so that the mind starts focusing on it. When people chant anything repeatedly by sitting in a quiet room and closing their eyes, they will start noticing that their contact with the outside world is reducing. With several advanced but yet very simple meditation technique, it has becomes very easy to perform. One of these meditation techniques is the initiation of the process. After getting started with the process people could get into a deepest meditation state instantly. Getting into deep mental state of meditation requires months and months of intense practice in the past, but this can be achieved almost instantly with Divine Energy initiation. If people think positive thoughts during meditation, it will have a positive affect on their body as their thoughts have a direct influence on the body which is called self healing meditation and involves deep meditation.
