The theory of consciousness has seven stages of consciousness and aims to fulfill the definition of enlightenment, the ultimate goal of long term practice of this meditation.

The Transcendental meditation technique is easy and is an enjoyable practice, which has a simple, natural and effortless procedure. Here you need to practice the meditation for 20-minutes, twice a day, sitting comfortably with closed eyes. This is unlike most of the other massages, where you are forced to focus and concentrate hard to get in touch with the inner self. Here the practitioner just needs to focus on chanting the mantra and keeping the eyes closed for relaxation.
