Maybe when they go for that fast food chain they might not be able to order the cheeseburger, fries, soda and all the other dessert that they normally have. But once they are there, they could order a salad instead of their normal meal; it is also good to go for the grilled chicken over that deep fried chicken. And if they do get a salad, should try not to indulge into the bacon, crotons and salad dressing in large portions and should cut it in two and have only a half of the portion. People should also remember they can always have a healthy burger at home.
