Take substitutes for cigarette like nicotine patches, chewing gum or herbal cigarette. We should try to stay away from smokers or have anyone close to stop smoking around us. If we want to be able to kick the habit and associating our self in a smoking environment will only draw us back to square one. This is vital. Go for more effective therapies like hypnotherapy. Come in contact with those who are also trying to stop smoking cigarettes. They will motivate us and help us feel better.
