There are various kinds of causes of leg pain and these include both external and internal causes. It has been seen that the pain caused in the foot can be due to a variety of reasons and these also include changes in the body, like weight gain or weight loss. The foot is one of the most tired areas of the body as it bears the weight of the entire body through out the day. The foot muscles and the bones are also the ones, which get tired easily due to the stress of constant walking and other similar pressures.
It has been seen that the causes of foot pain can be broadly categorized into external and internal causes. The external causes of the foot pain vary largely and thus understanding the same is essential for getting the proper treatment of this problem. It has been seen that some of the most common cause of foot pain is the wrong shoe. Most of the times, people buy shoes without understanding the comfort factors and the sole texture. Hence if your shoe is wrong then you are more likely to get foot pain along with back pain.
This has been seen most of the times in women who are wearing too much heels and then walking around the entire day. The heels add to the woes of the feet and the wrong shoes and body posture adds more weight on the tip of the foot and leads to pain in these areas. Even the people who are going for walks regularly or walk a lot during the day, the right kinds of shoes are vital. If you are wearing the wrong kinds of shoes and performing such activities then the chances of foot pain are very high.
Also in such cases, the chances of permanent injuries to the body are very high. Hence it is recommended that the right shoes should be worn along with the right socks for taking care of the body. You should also avoid wearing the shoes which lead to pain or cause any kind of discomfort for the body. Those who run and walk briskly should get a comfortable pair of sneakers that would help to absorb shocks and this technology is available in a lot of other formal shoes or office wear shoes too.
The injuries caused due to the falls, twisting of the foot, injuries to the bones and the muscles, etc. are some of the other factors that cause pain in the foot. It has been seen that these factors can be related to some kinds of injuries, which may have occurred in the past, and has led to a permanent pain in the area. For such injuries the treatment of ice packs, physiotherapy and other related treatments should be done.
It should be remembered that the feet are bearing the entire weight of the body and this is one of the major reasons that the feet of overweight people ache most. Hence you should avoid too much standing and walk around more to lose weight and also avoid pain in these areas.
