Another benefit of whole or multi-grain products is that they contain fiber, which is important for teen weight loss because fiber makes stomach feel full without adding extra calories. Dairy products mainly contain large amount of calcium. Weight loss plans for teens or adult should include calcium because it aids in the development of strong bones.
