But the fact is that, even the professional athletes or marathon runners that have suffered hypertension, and exercise cannot overcome combination of other risk factor. Sometimes irregularity of the kidney functions is also responsible for heart failure. If people think that is what they should do, then, it is suggested to try contemplating on physical exercise to find an effective way to get rid of heart ailments and high blood pressure or hyper tension as well.
