Sole Treadmills also offer a great treadmill in the mid price range, the Sole F80. This is folding treadmill, aimed primarily at the home market, the Sole F80 is a real looker too. The retail price is $1999 but it's currently on sale for $1499.

Smooth is another company that has made great treadmills and one of its very best was the Smooth 5.25. The model has had an upgrade and is now the Smooth 5.45. It still has the high quality build that made the Smooth 5.25 a hit, but it also features an even heavier construction, a longer belt and a better cushioning system. Discounted from $1497 down to $999, this is a great buy.

The Smooth 6.45 is a mid priced folding treadmill with a huge (60" x 20" to be exact) running surface that enjoys the benefits of the new "Swing Arm" shock absorption system. Powered by a "sleeping giant" 3.0 HP motor it is on sale at $1548. The Smooth 6.17 is another stylish new entrant to Smooth's lineup which seems to borrow some design features from the Smooth 4.25. The treadmill is priced at $1499, it has a white high gloss frame and bright blue touch screen console which oozes high tech.

Well there you have it. A line up of some great discounted treadmills that you can easily get your hands on if you move fast.
