Exercises For Healthy Eyes Vision

Your eyesight is very precious and it should be remembered that precautions here work better than the curative measures for improving vision of the eyes. Thus if you want healthy eyes and improvised vision then it is necessary for you to implement exercises for the eyes. Like the body, even our eyes need exercises for relaxation and for improving vision of the eyes. There are various kinds of exercises easily available for improving the vision of the eyes and these also help to relax and soothe the eyes, especially for those who are working in front of the computer for hours.

Remember that the problems with vision and blurred vision are the common symptoms of eye problems and these should not be ignored. You should always try and exercise your eyes along with your regular health routines. It has been seen that lot of people have problems with their eye vision and whether they do not see clearly things that are close or distanced should not be a reason to ignore the problem.

The reason for these problems are that most of them have a condition of farsightedness, astigmatism or nearsightedness, which results in them wearing glasses or contact lenses all the time. However there are different ways to treat these conditions and one of the most common ones is the famous LASIK or Laser-Assisted in situ Keratomileusis surgery, which has a high success rate. This form of surgery has a very high rate of success but can be an expensive procedure. But many people are not aware of the fact that vision can be improved without surgery simply by doing eye exercises.

There are various kinds of exercises for the eyes and the most common exercises to minimize eye strain are to rub the eyes lightly to make them warm. Since the hands are warm, you should shut your eyes and cover them with your hands but ensure that no pressure is applied on eye balls and also remember that your hands should be clean. While doing this exercise the nose stays open and eyes are placed behind the slight hollow of the palms and you should make sure that no light comes to the eyes.

Also ensure that there is no gap between your fingers and between your palms and nose. Once you do this you should start imagining blackness and focus on it. Also while doing that take deep breath slowly and evenly and repeat the exercises few more times. These exercises should be repeated at least twice a day or more depending on the strain that your eyes experience.

These exercises can promote the relaxation of your eyes, and strengthen and condition them. They also improve a refractive error or cure any ailment within the eyeball and can be helpful if poor vision is caused by a weakness or imbalance of the muscles. You can also perform rolls for your eyes as this exercise helps to improve blood and oxygen flow. Do this by closing your eyes and slowly rolling them in a complete circle.
