Hence if you feel that the food smells or has been left over for a long time then you should avoid eating the same because it can lead to a series of diseases.

Apart from this your diet and lifestyle are vital factors in preventing diseases because exercises and eating habits help to improve the immune system of the body and also helps to improve the resistance of the body to such diseases. It has been seen that heart disease, diabetes, and colon cancer are among the leading causes of preventable or partially preventable diseases. Along with this diseases, which are heredity in nature, like obesity and diabetes can also be prevented through these modes. Through a healthy diet and exercise one can avoid obesity, which can also lead to certain types of cancer.

Apart from these diabetes can lead to blindness and kidney disease and thus eating healthy is ideal to avoid the same. Most of the cardiologists suggest that inactivity and high fat or carbs diet lead to heart problems along with various other diseases. Try and eat more of high fiber a food along with vegetables and fruits, which help to prevent diseases and also help to reduce the risk factors for the same. It is much easier to implement preventive methods rather than trying to cure the disease.
