Muscles - Build Muscle Lose Fat
The process of muscle building is a slow and gradual one; it requires a person to be determined, hard working and patient. Muscle can be built and gained only if all the extra fat is burnt and the weight is reduced. A person must follow the basic necessities and proper instructions to build up the muscle. This means doing the basic exercises and work outs, eat healthy and nutritious food, get rest and sleep for at least 8 hours. By adopting these healthy ways, a person can build up muscles in a much better way.
Firstly, the person must get his or her diet regulated and must have an eating plan. This diet should be a balanced diet, with all the ingredients like protein, nutrients, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals etc. Carbohydrate is required to get the energy and stamina.
The sources of carbohydrate are through food products like rice, pastas, whole grain wheat, oatmeal, glucose, potatoes etc. Some of the carbs are slow resources while some are fast resources. A the secret to a proper body building is that meal should be taken 2 hours before going for the work out session or before doing exercises.
Next is protein, which is the most important ingredient to muscle building. Because proteins have amino acids in them and protein is the building component or the building block of the muscles. Therefore, protein is necessary. The protein can be taken through the food products that are rich in proteins. For example poultry products like chicken and eggs, meat and fish, milk, cheese and yogurt. A person should cut down on food items that are rich in fat, salt and sugar. Avoid carbonated beverages and alcoholic drinks too.
Doing proper and vigorous set of exercises and work outs is important for the process of muscle building and to lose weight.. For example, crunches, weightlifting, flyes, push ups. Sit ups etc, it would be best if it is done with weights and dumbbells. But before doing these exercises, a person should do some warm up exercises. Because, by doing the warm up exercises a person creates the body heat and energy, which would accelerate the body and make it ready for the vigorous exercises. But a person should not over do or put a lot of exertion in any exercise and work outs, because if it is done then there would be problems in the person's health and cause unwanted accidents which can lead up to be dangerous.
But, to lose fat and gain muscle, a person must drink a lot of water and consume at least 8 glasses of water, because water helps to flush out all the toxins and wastes and also helps the development of tissues, cells, fiber and ligament. Apart from this a person must sleep for at least 8 hours a day. As muscle building process really takes place and is fast when a person is sleep and getting the proper rest. So, doing all the above and following the instructions properly, a person can build muscle and lose all the extra fat on the process.
