Muscle Growth - Muscle Building Scheme
Muscle growth is a procedure that requires a person to have a lot of strength, stamina, determination, will power and hard work. Muscle building is a slow and gradual process. It does not happen within a day. Muscle building also helps a person in the process of weight loss and weight loss is important because many symptoms and ailments take place because of over weight or obesity. Diseases like cancer, diabetes, hyper tension, depression and many more occurs because of over weight or obesity. So, muscle building is a positive path to lose weight, since a person with the aim to gain muscle paves a way to lose weight, too.
A person to build muscle must eat at least 8 meals a day. But the meals should be small in quantity and should have all the proteins, carbohydrates, nutrients, vitamins etc. Protein is the vital ingredient to build muscle. Therefore, protein is required to repair and develop new muscles. So, a person to build muscle must get the intake of food rich in protein content, for example, poultry products like chicken and egg, milk and yogurt, meat and fish. And especially, if the meat is from a part that provides lean meat, it will have less fat content.
But the other important component for muscle building is carbohydrate. Carbohydrate produces energy that is required by the body when doing vigorous exercises. So, food intake is necessary just 2 hours before the exercise routine. Because, this would produce the energy that the body would require. So a person should take food rich in carbohydrate too, like pulses, whole grain, pastas, brown rice and etc. Muscle building is fast when a person is sleeping, so to stimulate the process a person must have a good food intake before hitting the bed or before going off to sleep. And also a person should eat 2 hours before going for the exercise and work outs and even eat just after the end of the exercise and work out session, the reason being that the repair and growth of the muscle takes place right after it.
But the best and the most vital point in the process of muscle building is to do vigorous set of exercises and work outs. For example, crunches, weightlifting, flyes, push ups. Sit ups etc, it would be best if it is done with weights and dumbbells. But before doing these exercises, a person should do some warm up exercises. Because, by doing the warm up exercises a person creates the body heat and energy, which would accelerate the body and make it ready for the vigorous exercises
But the consumption of water is important as it is required to build muscle. He or she should get the intake of at least 8 glasses of water daily. A person following a body building process must get 8 hours of sleep and rest daily. Because, the body building procedure requires a person to do a lot of stressful and vigorous exercises, therefore, absence of rest would hamper the health of a person and even cause serious accidents and ailments.
