Muscle building also helps a person in the process of weight loss and weight loss is important because many symptoms and ailments take place because of over weight or obesity. Diseases like cancer, diabetes, hyper tension, depression and many more occurs because of over weight or obesity. So, muscle building is a positive path to lose weight, since a person with the aim to gain muscle paves a way to lose weight, too. Muscle building is a slow and gradual process. The process of muscle building requires a person to lose weight and get all the extra fat and calories burnt or reduced and then only muscle gain is possible.
But building muscle can be easy as there are proper ways and methods to so. But, before following these methods a person must regulate his or her diet. A strict and healthy diet that is balanced with all the necessary food groups needs to be followed. Protein is required to repair and develop new muscles. Protein is the key ingredient to build up muscle. So, a person should get food intake that are rich in protein content, for example, poultry products like chicken and egg, milk and yogurt, meat and fish. And especially, if the meat is from a part that provides lean meat, it will have less fat content.
Carbohydrate produces energy that is required by the body when doing vigorous exercises. And carbohydrate is yet another important component to build muscle. So, food intake is necessary just 2 hours before the exercise routine. Because, this would produce the energy that the body would require. So a person should take food rich in carbohydrate too, like pulses, whole grain, pastas, brown rice and etc. So a person should eat at least 8 small meals a day, if he or she wants to build up muscle.
But a person can build muscle easily. You should not spend more than 3 hours doing exercise and work outs in the gym. Do exercise and work outs with heavy weights, because heavier the weights better muscle would be built. But a person must do a lot of exercises and follow a regulated work out routine. But these exercises and work outs, by which a person is able to build muscle, is a vigorous and stressful process. Therefore, a person requires a lot of stamina, strength and energy to follow the routine of exercise and work outs. This strength and stamina is only provided by the food intake.
Muscle building is fast when a person is sleeping, so to stimulate the process a person must have a good food intake before hitting the bed or before going off to sleep. And also a person should eat 2 hours before going for the exercise and work outs and even eat just after the end of the exercise and work out session, the reason being that the repair and growth of the muscle takes place right after it. The most important point is that if a person wants to build muscle then he or she must eat at least 8 meals a day. But the meals should be small in quantity and should have all the proteins, carbohydrates, nutrients, vitamins etc.
