The process of muscle building requires a person to lose weight and get all the extra fat and calories burnt or reduced, then only muscle gain is possible. Muscle building also helps a person in the process of weight loss and weight loss is important because many symptoms and ailments take place because of over weight or obesity. But muscle building is a slow and gradual process that requires a person to have a lot of stamina, determination, patience and hard work. Diseases like cancer, diabetes, hyper tension, depression and many more which occur because of over weight or obesity, can be prevented as; muscle building is a positive path to lose weight, since a person with the aim to gain muscle paves a way to lose weight, too.
But before starting the process of muscle building a person must get his or her diet and eating planned especially on the lines of healthiness. Exercises and work outs are of vigorous and stressful routine. Therefore, a person requires a lot of stamina, strength and energy to follow the routine of exercise and work outs. This is only provided by the food intake. A person should eat 2 hours before going for the exercise and work outs and even eat just after the end of the exercise and work out session, the reason being that the repair and growth of the muscle takes place right after it. A person should eat at least 8 small meals everyday and it should contain and should have all the proteins, carbohydrates, nutrients, vitamins etc.
Protein is the key ingredient to muscle building, so protein is required to repair and develop new muscles. So, a person to build muscle must get the intake of food rich in protein content, for example, poultry products like chicken and egg, milk and yogurt, meat and fish. And especially, if the meat is from a part that provides lean meat, it will have less fat content. Carbohydrate is another component for the muscle building process. Carbohydrate produces energy that is required by the body when doing vigorous exercises. So, food intake is necessary just 2 hours before the exercise routine. Because, this would produce the energy that the body would require. So a person should take food rich in carbohydrate too, like pulses, whole grain, pastas, brown rice and etc.
But apart from food proper exercise and work out is required to build muscles, for example weightlifting, squats, plunges, flyes etc. The more the weights, the better the muscle building will be. Muscle building without the use weights is almost not efficient. But there are ways by which a person can build muscle without the use of weights. Because many people because of lack of time and even money cannot go to the gym or use weights to build muscle. So, a person can do push ups, squats and plunges to build muscle though this is a slow method.
But before doing the muscle building exercise a person should do some warm up exercises like walking, jogging or running, jumping the ropes etc.
