Freshly prepared cottage cheese is also a very good alternative of milk.
  • Do not have the habit of eating frequently.
  • Prepare a food diary and follow it very strictly.
  • Do take two complete meals everyday and in between these two meals, take light intakes of fruits and vegetables.
  • Water has no alternative in any diet program. Drink as much water as you can as water reduces the pace of metabolism.
