Beef is a good source of protein but it has high fat content too which is not good so avoid their consumption. Take enough carbohydrate in form of grains and fibers and vegetables.

Sometimes it is not enough for the food we take according to our diet chart to fulfill the protein requirement for muscle building and thus supplements cover up for that. Whey protein supplements are the best form of supplement which comes in isolated or concentrated form. You can take either of them or combine both according to your calorie intake requirement. These supplements also contain the other nutrients required for the body and are excellent sources of nourishment. But be very careful while selecting them and always go for those produced from natural sources. Many of these claim to work wonders but actually do not work at all.
Steroids and other drugs which claim to add muscle mass fast to your body should not be taken as they are very harmful to the body. Many of them are illegal and not recommended by doctors and other scientific institutes. So it is always recommended to go for natural ways and exercises which have no side effects rather than going for steroids and drugs.
