Food That Build Muscles
All those people who have tried to gain muscles through exercises are aware of the fact that muscle building is the fastest when it is accompanied with the right kind of food. But this is not true as there are various kinds of fatty foods which should be consumed for the growth of the muscles.

These include lean meats, fruits and vegetables that actually build muscle and include healthier forms of fats. So those who are trying to find diet and nutrition plans for gaining muscle should keep these factors in mind. It has been seen that eating lean meats such as turkey, fish, and chicken is highly recommended to build muscle. Since these are lean meats, they are high in protein and amino acids which we all know are used to build muscle. Amino acids are needed to break down the protein to heal the muscles after weight training and hence eating lean meats is so important. The sooner you heal your muscles the faster you can gain muscle mass. There are foods high in potassium that can also help in the healing of your muscles like strawberries and bananas.
But along with these there are certain kinds of foods which you should stay away from and these include the unhealthy forms of fatty acids and carbs. Hence you should try and avoid high fat cuts of meat and consume meats which are lean or 98% fat free. Eating fried foods should also be avoided because these are bad calories and instead your focus should be on baked or grilled food. Olive oil should be used for cooking as it has lower fat. Also try and have foods that are natural and have not been processed, which have a lot of fat and sugar in them.
But you should consume adequate calories and nutrients, including protein, which is derived on the basis of your height, weight, and activity level. Also you should you eat carbs and protein within 30 minutes of your workout as this helps to speed up your recovery time by replenishing glycogen stores.
