Female Muscle Growth Guide

When it comes to muscles building, the process of muscle building in women and men are not very different. It is true that there are various kinds of physiological differences of the bodies of men and women but the process of building the bodies and strengthening of the muscles usually involve similar processes for both the genders. Through various researches and studies, it has been determined that differences in the sizes of both the genders are the reasons for different exercise techniques.

Usually it is men who are 10 to 15% lager than women; this is calculated in terms of weight and other related features also. Usually the upper body strength of men is also more as compared to women. The growth of muscles in men is further enhanced through hormones called testosterone, which helps in stimulating the growth of the muscles and bones and they also provide oxygen to the cell.

There have been various kinds of researches on the muscle growth structure in men and women which prove that same kind of muscle growth is not possible for both genders. But women can build certain amounts of muscles in their bodies through various methods. There is one difference here, which is the capacity required by men to build muscles. This capacity is about 50% while a woman would require at least 70% of her energy to come close to that area.

Various techniques for building muscles are the same in both the genders and these include lifting of weights, focusing on the core muscle areas like the biceps and the triceps along with eating diets rich in protein and various other procedures that help in muscle building. It should also be remembered that the process of building muscle involves making the muscles stressed out. It is because of this stress that the muscles get micro tears on them.

If you are lifting weights and doing muscle building exercises, then you will get tears on the muscles because of which the body feels a threat and hence goes into a survival mode. In this mode the body starts to repair the muscles that have been damaged and here the muscles don't go back to their original states, but become stronger. This also increases the formation of muscles and resumes their new status, which is further enhanced by challenging them constantly.

Also once your muscles get used to a certain weight, they stop responding to them and at this time it is essential to increase the number of repetitions in the regime or increase the weight amount for the same. Through this process you can further enhance the muscle growth but the intensity of the exercises should be maintained so that the women can also get muscles which reflect the tear.

It is vital for women to eat rich protein diets and perform these exercises with caution because there are risks of injuries to the uterus and other body parts which may prove fatal in the long run or also cause permanent injuries to them. These female muscle growth guides are essential for improving the overall health also.
