Muscle building is not achieved over night, because it is a slow and gradual process. Muscle building requires a person to burn all the extra fat and lose all the extra weight. Diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, mental problems like depression, hyper tension, trauma and many other ailments are caused because of over weight or obesity. The most important is to do the proper exercise and work outs, like a person should not do more than 10 reps when doing the exercise called weightlifting. To gain muscles fast, a person should start using heavy weights and dumbbells. Do not over do the reps over the limit of 10 in number and always keep the weights heavier. Do lower the duration of exercise and work out time but do not lower the exercise and work out routine. Do not do more than 3 sets for any particular muscles or body part. As over exertion would lead to accidents and harm the person's health. With the passing of time do change your routine and increase the exercising efforts and stamina. But before starting any work outs a person must consult a doctor. Infact it is mandatory to consult a physician in order to take advice from him about the feasibility of exercises his/her body is able to take. As the doctor would give the best advice on how to go about the routine and whether the regime is suitable for his or her health. One should keep this in mind and should not take it lightly by any chance.

To build muscle fast a person must eat healthy food and eat the right quantity and quality of food. The most important food components required by a person to exist in his or her body is protein and carbohydrate. Protein is the most important component, because protein is the building block of all the muscle and the main ingredient of muscle building. A person must get food intake that are rich in protein for example, poultry products like chicken and egg, milk and yogurt, meat and fish.

Carbohydrate is also needed, especially if he or she needs to build muscle fast, as carbohydrate produces energy and stamina. So, food intake is necessary just 2 hours before the exercise routine. Because, this would produce the energy that the body would require. So a person should take food rich in carbohydrate too, like pulses, whole grain, pastas, brown rice and etc. But the most important point is to consume at least 8 glasses of water and get rest for at least 8 hours daily.
