Different Muscle Exercises

Unlimited muscle building exercises are there which can be followed on a regular basis. But it should be taken care of that the body is not strained too much at one go or else there is a high risk of muscle injury and tearing of the muscles. There are different categorizations of these muscle building exercises. The exercises for men and women are usually the same, but the amount of weight being lifted is the only difference here. Women can usually perform most of the exercises that men do to build muscles.

There exercises done by machine cannot be done every where and hence the person training for muscle building is stuck up without these weights. These exercises are done just using your body weight and have also proved to be the fastest way to build muscle. There have been times when lifting heavier is not always the best option suggested to build muscle. This happens because the body is prone to various kinds of injuries by picking up these heavy weights and the most common of them are the muscle tearing and damage to the tissues. Using the body weight has proven to be more challenging than lifting heavy weights because if these exercises are performed correctly, then they work on the entire body.

This has also proven to be much more difficult than using a set of dumbbells that targets the specific muscles of the body. The body weight exercises target several muscles in each movement and the repetitions are more demanding. This also helps in more muscle gain and increase in the intensity of the workout allows you to build pure muscle and also burn the fat in the body. These exercises are also much safer than the muscle building exercises and can be done even when you are on a trip or away from gym access.

With body weight exercises the movement of the body is not limited as compared to lifting weights. The body weight exercises also help in adding variety in your movements without causing injuries. These exercise routines are also the fastest way to build muscle and help the body to shed off fat.

The exercises which are done with the use of machines are also beneficial but they are more restrictive. They focus on different areas of the body at one time and hence variety is also restricted. There are various ways through which these exercises can be combined with alternate muscles of the body for vigorous training. These exercises include Squats and calf raises for legs, bench press for the chest muscles, pull ups for back, bench dips and bicep curls that target arms and many other similar exercises.
