Basically the disease is really irritating and people do not like suffering from asthma, which is more common in the women as compared to men. For example, if a person is suffering from asthma and he or she gets a cold or cough, then they would have some serious trouble breathing and will not be able to sleep peacefully. The cough will increase at night and in the early morning.
Also wheezing is another symptom of asthma and if the chest feels a lack of air and is tightened, it is also a symptom of asthma. In asthma breathing becomes difficult if and if you are breathing with a quicker on a regular basis, it is also an indicator of asthma. Even though this problem is curable it needs your attention all the time because a slight negligence here can be a problem and there are also instances when people have died because of the same.
There is a general misconception that exercises trigger of asthma attacks and though it has been noticed that some people do suffer from enhanced problems, at the time of exercising, not performing the same is not a solution. The best way to perform exercises in asthma is to keep the inhaled near you to avoid any kinds of restlessness and breathing problems.
