There are various kinds of asthma's that have an impact on the physical and mental health of the body. It should be remembered that there is no permanent cure for asthma and hence if you are trying to cure the same then preventive measures need to be implemented for a lifetime so that the impact of this fatal disease can be reduced and the patient suffering from the same can lead a healthy life. This disease can be defined as a chronic respiratory disease, which is caused due to inflammation and has an impact on the breathing passage, blocking the air going to the lungs.

The person suffering from asthma experiences sudden attacks and this can often cause serious problems in breathing, which can be fatal at times. There are various kinds of exercises for inducing the asthma attacks and the person suffering from exercise-induced asthma attacks usually starts to reveal the asthma symptoms after a vigorous workout. There are many doctors who believe that such an attack is triggered by a sudden change in temperature and this can also be due to the sensitivity of the body to humidity.

Hence crying, sweating and exercising are often quoted as the asthma inducing agents for the body. The simple example here is that a person at rest breathes through the nose, but the warming and humidifying the air can often make the air outside similar to the air in the lungs. In this reference when the person exercises, cries or sweats or perspires, the breathing is done through the mouth and thus the air that enters the lungs is much colder and drier. This difference in the temperature, between the cold inhaled air and warm air in the lungs is the main cause of these asthma attacks.

It should also be remembered that the causes of asthma attacks and their severity, vary from patient to patient because the contaminants that trigger these attacks are also variant. These include smoke, chemical particles, respiratory infections, pollution, vapors, dust, and allergens in the air, emotional stress and even the sudden change in temperatures. It has been seen that the person can experience an asthma attack when of these happen and the exercising and crying are often responsible for inducing these attacks.

There are various kinds of treatments for the asthma attacks which have been induced by exercising, sweating and crying. These include medications which have helped several professional athletes have a medical history of asthma, but not get affected by the condition. There are various kinds of arguments about the asthma patients exercising and suffering from these attacks but it cannot be denied that many asthma patients are indeed capable of exercising in spite of suffering from this problem.

Hence it is best to consult the doctor before starting any kind of exercise if you are suffering from asthma and also evaluate the kind of exercises that you should perform when you are suffering from the same. Often exercises like yoga help to treat asthma instead of causing more problems and hence the type of exercise and its impact on asthma also varies.
