It has been seen that the people with good emotional health are aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The anxious state of the mind for a prolonged time can lead to various kinds of health problems. Along with these symptoms there is also the risk of general aches and pains, headaches, higher blood pressure, insomnia and trouble in sleeping along with sexual problems, the shortness of breath, stiffness in the neck, sweating, and upset stomach and even the loss or gain of weight.

It should be remembered that poor emotional health can weaken your body's immune system and it can also make you more prone to common colds and other related diseases. This can also make you upset and lead to reduced appetites which are again bad for the immune system of the body. There are various mental conditions that lead to health problems and anxiety is just one of them and it is vital that you perform exercises and relieve your stress for getting rid of the problems related to the same.
