4. Vitamin E: Vitamin E is basically an antioxidant and its ability to improve skin is well known. You must've heard of Vitamin E facials that give the skin a topical treatment of Vitamin E to help reduce scarring and wrinkles. Taking Vitamin E as part of the diet also helps in tissue repair and promotes the health of the skin.
